Terms of Service

Last updated: June 25, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ReadyReceipt by CJT ("ReadyReceipt," "we," "us," or "our"), a receipt extraction, review, verification, and export platform operated by CJT Solutions of Texas LLC. We may refer to ourselves in these documents as "CJT Solutions," "CJT," "we," "us," or "our."

By creating an account, accepting an invitation, accessing ReadyReceipt, uploading receipts, using the service, starting a trial, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account, access ReadyReceipt, upload receipts, or use the service.

If you use ReadyReceipt on behalf of a business, organization, client, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, "you" means both you individually and the entity you represent.

2. U.S.-Only Service and Restricted Jurisdictions

ReadyReceipt is intended for use by U.S.-based businesses and authorized users located in the United States.

ReadyReceipt is not offered to, directed to, or intended for use by individuals, businesses, organizations, or users located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or any other jurisdiction we designate as restricted.

You may not:

  • Access or use ReadyReceipt from a restricted jurisdiction
  • Use ReadyReceipt on behalf of a person, business, organization, or client located in a restricted jurisdiction
  • Use a VPN, proxy, false billing address, false account information, false payment information, or other method to bypass location, billing, fraud-prevention, or compliance restrictions
  • Attempt to evade IP blocks, payment-card restrictions, billing-country restrictions, or other access controls

We may use technical, billing, fraud-prevention, and compliance controls to enforce this section. These may include IP-based blocking, payment-card issuing-country checks, billing-country checks, account review, and other signals.

If we determine that you accessed ReadyReceipt from a restricted jurisdiction, used false information, or attempted to bypass access controls, we may suspend or terminate your account, reject payment, block access, delete data, preserve data, or take other action we determine appropriate.

3. Description of Service

ReadyReceipt provides tools for:

  • Uploading receipt images
  • AI-assisted extraction of receipt data
  • Reviewing extracted data
  • Verifying or correcting extracted data
  • Managing receipt records within a tenant
  • Exporting verified data to supported formats
  • Collaborating with team members based on roles and permissions

Supported export formats may include CSV, QuickBooks-compatible formats, Xero-compatible formats, or other formats we choose to support.

ReadyReceipt is a workflow tool. It is not an accounting firm, bookkeeping firm, tax preparer, law firm, financial advisor, recordkeeping guarantor, or permanent archive.

4. Business-Use Product

ReadyReceipt is designed for business receipt processing. It is not intended for personal document storage, medical-record storage, legal-record storage, government-record storage, or other regulated-document storage.

You are responsible for ensuring that all receipts, images, documents, and data you upload are lawful for you to upload, process, store, review, and export.

If you upload personal, household, non-business, or irrelevant receipts, ReadyReceipt may still process, classify, extract, reject, flag, review, store, or delete those files as part of the normal operation of the service. We do not guarantee that ReadyReceipt will correctly identify or reject every non-business receipt.

5. Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate, current, and complete account information.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • Controlling access to your email, authentication provider, and devices
  • All activity under your account
  • All activity within tenants you own or administer
  • Ensuring invited users are authorized to access tenant data
  • Removing users who should no longer have access

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account, tenant, credentials, or receipt data have been compromised.

We may refuse registration, suspend access, require additional verification, or terminate accounts if we believe account information is inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, associated with a restricted jurisdiction, or risky to ReadyReceipt or other users.

6. Tenants, Roles, and Team Members

ReadyReceipt uses tenant-based workspaces. A tenant may represent a business, organization, client, or workspace.

Tenant owners and administrators may invite users and assign roles. Roles may include owner, admin, member, or other roles we add in the future.

You are responsible for the actions of users you invite to your tenant, including their access to receipt images, extracted data, verification history, exports, and account settings.

ReadyReceipt may enforce role-based permissions, but you are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and reviewing access regularly.

7. Subscription, Billing, and Payment

ReadyReceipt may offer free trials, paid subscriptions, usage-based limits, receipt limits, seat limits, feature limits, or other plans.

Current pricing, features, receipt limits, seat limits, and plan details are provided on the pricing page, checkout page, billing portal, order form, or other purchase flow. We may change plan names, features, limits, or pricing from time to time.

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe or another payment processor we may use. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for recurring fees, taxes, and other amounts associated with your selected plan.

You are responsible for keeping payment information current.

If payment fails, we may retry payment, downgrade your account, restrict features, reject uploads, suspend access, or terminate your subscription.

Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by us.

You may cancel your subscription through the billing page, Stripe customer portal, or another method we provide. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated.

We may change pricing for existing subscribers by providing notice before the change takes effect. Continued use of ReadyReceipt after a pricing change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

8. Receipt Limits, Seat Limits, and Usage Limits

Plans may include limits on receipts, seats, uploads, exports, storage, AI extraction volume, or other usage.

We may enforce limits automatically. If you exceed your plan limits, additional uploads, exports, users, or features may be rejected, delayed, restricted, or require an upgrade.

You may not attempt to circumvent usage limits by creating multiple accounts, manipulating tenants, duplicating subscriptions, altering requests, abusing free trials, or using technical workarounds.

9. AI-Assisted Extraction and No Accuracy Guarantee

ReadyReceipt uses AI-assisted extraction and related processing to extract structured data from receipt images.

AI-assisted extraction may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or wrong. Errors may include incorrect vendors, dates, totals, taxes, tips, payment details, categories, line items, quantities, prices, or export fields.

Receipt images may be unclear, damaged, cropped, blurry, handwritten, unusual, folded, faded, duplicated, non-business, or otherwise difficult to process. Some receipts may fail extraction entirely.

You are responsible for reviewing, correcting, and verifying all extracted data before relying on it.

ReadyReceipt is a tool to assist your workflow. It is not a substitute for professional accounting, bookkeeping, tax, legal, or financial advice.

10. No Accounting, Tax, Legal, or Financial Advice

ReadyReceipt does not provide accounting, tax, legal, financial, reimbursement, audit, or compliance advice.

You are solely responsible for determining whether receipt data, categories, exports, reports, and records are accurate, complete, properly classified, legally sufficient, and suitable for your intended use.

You are responsible for consulting qualified accountants, bookkeepers, tax professionals, attorneys, or other advisors where appropriate.

We are not responsible for tax penalties, accounting errors, reimbursement disputes, audit issues, financial losses, rejected deductions, incorrect imports, incorrect categories, missing records, or other consequences arising from your use of ReadyReceipt or reliance on extracted or exported data.

11. Your Data and Ownership

You retain ownership of receipt images, extracted receipt data, user edits, verification data, and exports that you upload, generate, or create through ReadyReceipt.

You grant ReadyReceipt and CJT Solutions of Texas LLC a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, copy, transmit, process, analyze, display, generate, modify, and otherwise use your data as necessary to:

  • Provide the service
  • Process receipt images
  • Extract data
  • Generate exports
  • Provide tenant collaboration
  • Maintain security
  • Troubleshoot issues
  • Provide support
  • Enforce these Terms
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Improve ReadyReceipt using analytics and operational data

We do not sell receipt images or extracted receipt data.

We do not use customer receipt images to train or fine-tune AI models.

12. CJT Access to Customer Data

ReadyReceipt is operated by CJT Solutions of Texas LLC. Authorized CJT personnel may access customer account data, tenant data, receipt images, extracted data, exports, logs, and related metadata when reasonably necessary to:

  • Operate the service
  • Provide customer support
  • Troubleshoot technical issues
  • Investigate abuse
  • Investigate security incidents
  • Enforce these Terms
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Respond to lawful requests
  • Protect ReadyReceipt, CJT Solutions of Texas LLC, users, or the public

Administrative access may include access through Cloudflare R2, Cloudflare D1, application logs, authentication systems, billing systems, analytics tools, infrastructure dashboards, or other service-provider dashboards used to operate ReadyReceipt.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content you do not have the right to upload, process, or store
  • Upload illegal, fraudulent, abusive, exploitative, or harmful content
  • Upload child sexual abuse material or any content involving sexual exploitation of minors
  • Upload malware, malicious files, or files designed to attack, overload, or disrupt ReadyReceipt
  • Upload files that are not receipts or ordinary business expense records
  • Upload medical records, protected health information, government IDs, Social Security numbers, full payment card numbers, legal case files, immigration records, children's data, or other regulated sensitive documents unless you have the legal right to do so and we have approved that use in writing
  • Attempt to access another tenant's data
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, billing, usage limits, tenant isolation, or security controls
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, crawl, copy, or extract ReadyReceipt source code, systems, models, prompts, infrastructure, or non-public APIs
  • Use ReadyReceipt to build a competing product
  • Interfere with, overload, disrupt, or degrade ReadyReceipt
  • Use automated systems to abuse trials, create accounts, upload files, or evade limits
  • Attempt CSV formula injection, prompt injection, data poisoning, or other malicious manipulation of exports or processing systems
  • Misrepresent your location, billing country, business identity, authority, or eligibility to use ReadyReceipt
  • Use ReadyReceipt from a restricted jurisdiction or bypass restricted-jurisdiction controls
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate accounts, restrict access, delete content, preserve content, report content, or take other action we determine appropriate.

14. Safety, Abuse Detection, and Illegal Content

We may use automated tools, hashing technologies, manual review, third-party trust-and-safety services, or other safety systems to detect, prevent, report, or respond to illegal or abusive content.

If we become aware of apparent illegal content, including apparent child sexual abuse material, we may preserve relevant information, suspend or terminate accounts, and report information to appropriate authorities as required or permitted by law.

You agree that we may take emergency action without prior notice where we believe action is necessary to protect ReadyReceipt, CJT Solutions of Texas LLC, users, third parties, or the public.

15. Exports and Third-Party Accounting Software

ReadyReceipt may generate exports in formats intended to work with accounting, bookkeeping, reimbursement, or spreadsheet software.

We do not guarantee that exports will be accepted by, compatible with, or correctly interpreted by any third-party software, including QuickBooks, Xero, spreadsheet software, tax software, reimbursement platforms, or accounting systems.

You are responsible for reviewing exported files before importing, sharing, submitting, or relying on them.

We are not responsible for data loss, incorrect imports, duplicate entries, rejected files, accounting errors, tax consequences, or other issues caused by exported files or third-party software.

16. Recordkeeping Responsibility

ReadyReceipt is not a permanent archive and should not be used as your only copy of business, accounting, reimbursement, or tax records.

You are responsible for exporting, downloading, backing up, preserving, and maintaining records required for your business, accounting, tax, reimbursement, audit, legal, or compliance obligations.

If you delete receipts, clear your ledger, cancel your account, fail to pay, lose access, or terminate your subscription, you may lose access to receipt images, extracted data, exports, and related records.

17. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain and delete data according to our Privacy Policy and operational practices.

While your account is active, receipt images, extracted data, verification data, and exports may be retained until deleted by you, cleared by your tenant, or otherwise removed.

Individual deleted receipts may be soft-deleted for a limited recovery period before permanent deletion from active systems.

The clear ledger function is intended to delete tenant receipt data, line items, and exports from active tenant systems. Some metadata, security logs, audit records, billing records, backups, or legal-preservation records may remain for a limited period.

Upon cancellation or termination, we may retain account and tenant data for a limited recovery and export period, generally 30 days, unless a different period is required for legal, billing, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or operational reasons. After that period, data may be deleted or de-identified from active systems.

Deleted data may persist for a limited period in backups, logs, disaster recovery systems, or security systems before being overwritten or purged.

18. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, process, disclose, and protect information.

By using ReadyReceipt, you agree that we may process information as described in the Privacy Policy.

19. Third-Party Services

ReadyReceipt depends on third-party services, which may include Cloudflare, Clerk, Stripe, PostHog, AI infrastructure providers, analytics providers, email providers, and other infrastructure or operations providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability limits, outages, errors, security practices, and data-processing practices.

We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

20. Service Availability

We strive to operate ReadyReceipt reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always-available service.

ReadyReceipt may be unavailable, delayed, degraded, or interrupted due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Bugs
  • Infrastructure outages
  • Third-party provider outages
  • AI model unavailability
  • Network issues
  • Security incidents
  • Abuse prevention
  • Rate limits
  • Billing issues
  • Force majeure events
  • Other causes outside our control

Receipts may remain queued, fail processing, require manual entry, or need to be retried if extraction systems are unavailable or fail.

We are not liable for downtime, delays, data loss, business interruption, missed deadlines, failed uploads, failed exports, failed extractions, or other consequences of service unavailability.

21. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect ReadyReceipt and customer data. However, no system is perfectly secure.

You are responsible for using strong account security practices, maintaining access to your authentication method, limiting tenant access, assigning appropriate roles, and promptly removing unauthorized users.

You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, credential compromise, tenant misuse, or a security issue.

22. Suspension and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing page, Stripe customer portal, or another method we provide.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or tenant if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You fail to pay fees
  • Your payment method fails
  • You exceed or abuse usage limits
  • You access ReadyReceipt from a restricted jurisdiction
  • You bypass or attempt to bypass access controls
  • You upload illegal, abusive, or prohibited content
  • Your use creates risk for ReadyReceipt, CJT Solutions of Texas LLC, users, third parties, or the public
  • We are required or permitted to do so by law
  • We discontinue the service

We may provide notice where reasonably possible, except where immediate action is needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or platform protection.

Upon termination, your data will be handled according to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

23. Changes to ReadyReceipt

We may modify, add, remove, suspend, discontinue, rename, or limit features at any time.

We may change AI models, extraction methods, export formats, plan limits, pricing, providers, infrastructure, supported file types, or product workflows.

We are not required to continue supporting any particular feature, integration, export format, AI model, provider, or plan forever.

24. Intellectual Property

ReadyReceipt, including its software, interface, workflows, SpeedGrade review experience, AI extraction pipeline, export-generation systems, designs, branding, documentation, code, prompts, systems, and related technology, is owned by CJT Solutions of Texas LLC or its licensors.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of ReadyReceipt to you.

Subject to these Terms and your subscription, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use ReadyReceipt for your internal business purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from ReadyReceipt except as expressly permitted by us in writing.

25. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, bug reports, feature requests, comments, or other feedback, you grant CJT Solutions of Texas LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, commercialize, and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

26. Disclaimers

ReadyReceipt is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, compatibility, and error-free operation.

We do not warrant that:

  • ReadyReceipt will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • AI extraction will be accurate or complete
  • Exports will be accepted by third-party software
  • Data will never be lost
  • The service will meet your business, accounting, tax, reimbursement, legal, or compliance needs
  • All errors or defects will be corrected
  • The service will remain available in its current form

27. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReadyReceipt, CJT Solutions of Texas LLC, and their owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, vendors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, lost goodwill, data loss, business interruption, tax penalties, accounting errors, audit issues, reimbursement disputes, or financial losses arising from or related to your use of ReadyReceipt.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or ReadyReceipt will not exceed the greater of:

  • The amount you paid to ReadyReceipt in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
  • USD $100.

For free trial users or unpaid users, our total liability is limited to USD $1.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

28. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ReadyReceipt, CJT Solutions of Texas LLC, and their owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, vendors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to:

  • Your use of ReadyReceipt
  • Your uploaded receipts, images, documents, data, or exports
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of law
  • Your violation of third-party rights
  • Your tenant users' actions
  • Your use of ReadyReceipt for accounting, tax, reimbursement, legal, or financial purposes
  • Your failure to preserve records
  • Your use of ReadyReceipt from a restricted jurisdiction
  • Your attempt to bypass access controls

29. Legal Requests and Compliance

We may disclose account data, receipt data, logs, billing metadata, or other information if we believe disclosure is required or permitted by law, including in response to subpoenas, court orders, warrants, law-enforcement requests, tax authority requests, regulatory requests, legal process, emergency requests, or requests necessary to protect ReadyReceipt, CJT Solutions of Texas LLC, users, or the public.

We may notify affected users of legal requests when legally permitted and when we believe notice is appropriate. We may delay or withhold notice where prohibited by law, where notice would create a security or fraud risk, or where notice would interfere with an investigation.

You are responsible for responding to legal, tax, accounting, reimbursement, or regulatory requests directed to you or your business.

30. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, power failures, internet failures, cloud-provider outages, payment-processor outages, AI-provider outages, government actions, legal restrictions, supply-chain failures, cyberattacks, or other events outside our control.

31. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will provide notice by email, in-app notice, website notice, or another reasonable method before or when the changes take effect, unless immediate changes are necessary for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Continued use of ReadyReceipt after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using ReadyReceipt and cancel your subscription.

32. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or ReadyReceipt shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

33. Informal Resolution

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact us at hello@cjt.solutions and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

We will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith, but either party may pursue available legal remedies if informal resolution is unsuccessful.

34. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable order, checkout, or billing terms, are the entire agreement between you and CJT Solutions of Texas LLC regarding ReadyReceipt.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, financing, or similar transaction.

There are no third-party beneficiaries to these Terms unless expressly stated.
